Frequently asked Questions and Answers
Q.How far in advance can we book?
A. We don`t have a specific time frame in which you have to book, we have lots of couples that book as far as two years in advance.
Q. Can we book everything in one appointment?
A. You certainly can, we can arrange for our external suppliers to attend the same appointment to discuss your requirements if notified in advance (eg: Cake supplier, Florist, etc)
Q. If we choose to go with yourselves and your suppliers do we have to pay deposits to each supplier individually, and final invoice to suppliers individually?
A. No this is the beauty of booking through ourselves. You will receive one quote with all the suppliers prices on along with anything that you have requested from ourselves directly. If you wish to go ahead you will be asked to pay one deposit to ourselves and we then pay the external suppliers on your behalf. Your final invoice
will be sent as a total for everything you have requested and again we pay external suppliers on your behalf.
Q. When is our final balance due?
A. Your final balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date. If booking is made in less than 6 weeks before your date payment in full will be required at time of booking.
Q. Can we pay in installments?
A. Yes of course you can, we can set up monthly payment plans to suit your budget, or part payment plans, which ever suits you best.
Q. Can we add and remove services/products to our booking after deposit has been paid?
A. Yes that`s no problem, we allow for any changes to your booking up to 6 weeks before you wedding date.
Q. When do you set up the venue?
A. We tend to venue dress the morning of the wedding, but if the room is available the day before we are more than happy to venue dress the day before or when ever requested by the venue.
Q. Do you collect?
A. Yes, you don`t need to worry about a thing, we go back to the venue the following day to collect.
Q. Do you Dry hire items?
A. Yes we do. We will charge a damage deposit on collection for items from our showroom and deposit will be returned on return of items back to our showroom. (Damage deposit amount will be notified at time of booking, price varies on items hired)
